Vegan Protein Bites

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  2. 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  3. 1/2 cup flax seeds
  4. 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  5. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (substitute for dried fruits)
  6. 1/3 cup agave nectar
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes. This will allow the mixture to harden which will make the process of rolling the bites a little easier.
  3. Roll the mixture in to whatever size balls you would like, mine were about 1 inch thick.
