Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (substitute for dried fruits)
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes. This will allow the mixture to harden which will make the process of rolling the bites a little easier.
- Roll the mixture in to whatever size balls you would like, mine were about 1 inch thick.
